Flooring and drywall installation
The two finishes that make a framed house feel like a home. We hang, tape and finish the walls, then lay floors that suit the room and the subfloor.
Drywall in a rebuilt house
After framing, insulation and inspection, drywall closes the house in. We hang it, tape and mud the joints, and finish to the level of smoothness the paint and light will demand. Fire-rated board goes where the code calls for it, such as the garage wall shared with the house.
Floors start with what is underneath
A floor is only as flat as its subfloor. We check it, level what needs leveling and install the right underlayment for the material you choose: hardwood, engineered wood, tile or luxury vinyl plank. Then the boards or tiles go down, with transitions planned between rooms.
Repairs after smoke or water
In a damaged house, wet or smoke-soaked drywall and flooring often have to come out. We remove it, let the framing dry and get checked, and replace the finishes so they match the rooms that were spared.
Flooring, Drywall & Interior Finishes: questions

That depends on how each room is used. Engineered wood and luxury vinyl plank handle most rooms well. Tile suits baths and laundry. We price the options side by side.
Yes. Removal and disposal are part of the written scope, along with any subfloor repair we find once it is up.
