The lot address, any survey or plans of the old house you can find, and your insurance policy declarations if you have them. Missing paperwork is fine. We help track it down.
Yes. We walk the property, look at the slab and anything still standing, and note access and utilities before we write the scope.
Yes. Partial losses get the same written assessment. Some need structural repair and new finishes, others need part of the house taken down and rebuilt.
